Since 1979, Chuck Ames and the True Ames Fins team have been developing the finest fiberglass and molded plastic fins available. Known throughout the international surfing community for innovative designs and a prowess for experimentation, we continue to fulfill our mission to help surfers and windsurfers maximize and manipulate the performance of their vehicles of choice.
This mission began in the turbulent surf industry of the 1980’s, as True Ames forged lasting relationships with notable surfers and shapers of the Santa Barbara area and beyond. |
