I have stayed at Ferrari's Surf Resort many times. The scene is tranquilla, close to restaurants and a short walk to great beach with many breaks! It is a small place, but nice and friendly. Cheap prices compared to competition.

I used Ferrari's website to plan a trip down to Playa Grande and they were really helpful with information and helping me get set up with a sweet trip at a very decent price. Down there I had a great time, the staff was cool and their place very was very chill, just what I needed. I walked to the beach every day and the last few days I rented a car to check out some other local breaks and party in Tamarindo. If you're heading to CR, I would definitely check out Ferrari's.
