Surf Beach Home-3 pt breaks in front- more within 10 min. drive
| This area is well known for surfing. It is stated in the Guinness world book of records that the longest wave in the world is in front of my house. I and my son have surfed all around the bay. There are 3 point breaks in front of the house. World class waves at Stoners is about a mile walk on the beach road north of the house. 5 more breaks are about a 10 min. drive. More breaks 25-40 min drive on paved coastal road. We also have the famous ALL NATURAL 'LA TOVARA JUNGLE BOAT RIDE' abut 5 min. from us. World renowned Bird Watching, Kayaking, whale watching, great fishing =Marlin,Dorado,SAIL FISH.
THE Beach House is located on Las Islitas Beach on the first Islita, 15 min. north of Aticama, IN THE STATE OF NAYARIT, ON MATACHEN BAY-RIVIERA NAYARIT. The property is totally legal with a concession for disincorporation to private property. The back third (aprox.) of the tiny island is now attached to the beach (see photo below). We have 20,982 sq. ft. of property. As you can tell by the google picture, our property is not square, but I am sure of the amount of square feet, as we have had it surveyed.
The house is about 1,075 sq.ft., 3 bedrooms (one of the rooms is used as a tool and surf board storage place), one bath, roof top patio with a palapa shade roof. There is an aviary upstairs for our exotic full of rowdy character bird. There is a two vehicle car port.
We have more than 50 producing coco palms, various ornamental palms, guava trees, lemon and a young avocado tree. There is one large beautiful Iguera tree as shown in the photos. (located by the beach gate) $285k nego.
